Trying Out Face Masks

In an effort to make my skin healthier, I have chosen to dive into the world of scary green face masks. Not going to lie, I get a kick out of scaring people with this look as I walk from my dorm room to the bathroom. Of course the number one reason I've been putting on this mask is to make my pores smaller and skin tighter.

I am not ready to dish out a lot of money for skincare products just yet. I assume I'll be more willing to do so when I'm older, but for now I settled on a clay mask by Freeman at my local CVS for about $4.00. I'll admit this price is a bit iffy for a skincare item so I just had to be brave and pray for no irritation or break outs. So far my relationship with the mask has been pretty smooth. I use it two to three times a week. I apply it to my face after showering and wait around five minutes for it to harden. Then I rise it off with warm water.
I can immediately notice that my skin feels tighter. So in conclusion, I think that I didn't spend my money in vain. Also, I have definitely become more open to trying out even more face masks! Anybody have any suggestions?
